Chancerygate and Bridges JV gains planning for Edinburgh logistics scheme

Planning granted - Capital Park in Edinburgh will comprise 18 units totalling 132,000 sq ft (CGI of development pictured)

A joint venture between Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have secured planning to build 132,000 sq ft urban logistics and trade counter park in Edinburgh.

The scheme has a gross development value of around £35m and is on Bankhead Avenue in Sighthill.
