Chancerygate has launched an initiative targeting UK occupiers looking for bespoke industrial properties.
It is offering its landbank of more than 100 acres in England and Scotland to owner - occupiers looking to buy land or have bespoke units constructed for them.
Chancerygate director Charlie Withers said the plan was ‘diversify our product and market some of these sites to keen buyers of design and builds and land as well.’
He added: ‘Our marketing to date has shown us that there are occupiers out there, with cash, looking for bespoke facilities or for land to buy, especially low density users who have struggled to find suitable sites previously due to the dominance of developers in the market.’
