Chancerygate, has secured planning permission from South Gloucestershire Council for a 121,000 sq ft industrial development at Warmley Business Park outside Bristol.
Plans for the 6.6 acre former Amcor site comprise 15 production, distribution or trade counter units ranging in size from 3,700-35,000 sq ft.
Units will be available individually or in combination on a freehold or leasehold basis. Completion of the scheme is scheduled for early 2019.
