BCM Hanby Wallace has completed a deal to take 150,000 sq ft of office space at Chartered Land's 2 Grand Canal Square in Dublin, Ireland.
The law firm signed the deal with the developer headed by Joe O' Reilly yesterday.
The 380,000 sq ft scheme, designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, comprises three office buildings.
The law firm is scheduled to move by early 2010.
Paul McGennis, managing partner at BCM Hanby Wallace said: 'This move will help us to consolidate our position and provide us with flexibility to expand further into key growth sectors throughout the next decade.’
The project is among a number of major developments around the area and there is 30, 000 sq ft of office space being built on Claredon Row, due for completion in December.
Dominic Deeny, chief executive at Charted Land, said: ‘The move reinforces the emergence of Grand Canal Square as one of Dublin’s most exciting and dynamic new business districts.’
Bannon acted for the landlord and HT Meagher O’Reilly acted for the tenant
