Two Midlands property developers have joined forces to develop a 4.15 acre site near Tewkesbury.

Hortons’ Estate and Chase Commercial have set up a joint venture, called Chase Horton Tewkesbury, which ahs bought the land next to Ashchurch railway station for £1.15m.

The finished project has a predicted development value of £5.5m.

The site has planning permission for nearly 70,000 sq ft of offices, though consideration is in place for 71,000 sq ft of warehousing.

Andrew Hall, development manager for Hortons’, said the site benefits from good transport access as it is a mile from junction nine of the M5 and is next door to the train station.
