Chinese group set to ‘revitalise’ iconic Daily Express building

Chinese Estates Holdings (CEH) is to spend around £429m to redevelop the former Daily Express building, one of Fleet Street’s most iconic buildings.

The scheme at 120 Fleet Street consists of the commercial building River Court and the art deco Daily Express building.
