Christopher Place’s baby boom

Hermes Property Unit Trust has signed retailer JoJo Maman Bébé at Christopher Place in St Albans. The maternity, baby clothing and nursery product retailer has signed a lease for 1,202 sq ft. The rent was not disclosed. Nash Bond and MMX Retail advised Hermes; GCW advised JoJo Maman Bébé.
