Citigroup’s Canary Wharf skyscraper to hit market for £1.2bn

The owner of Citigroup’s iconic Canary Wharf tower is bringing the building to market for around £1.2bn.

ACG Equity Partners bought 25 Canada Square in 2013 for £1bn, and is understood to be preparing to take it to market after completing a refinancing of the building during the summer.
