Mitsubishi Estate Company has confirmed that it has let the remaining 70,000 sq ft of its speculative Bow Bells House in the City of London.

The Japanese listed company confirmed that it has let the space at the building on Broad Street to Landsbanki Group. Landsbanki was created in August this year after a merger between stockbrokers Teather & Greenwood and the Bridgewell Group.

The upper four floors were let to Bank of Ireland earlier this year, which took the other 70,000 sq ft available at the 140,000 sq ft development at around £65/sq ft on a 15-year lease. The terms of the Teather & Greenwood deal are not being disclosed.

DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield are the letting agents at Bow Bells. Lambert Smith Hampton advised Teather & Greenwood. Stanhope and Bovis Lend Lease are building the development, which will be ready by the end of this year.
