Housing association Clarion has exchanged contracts on the acquisition of 4.8 acres of land from Richmond-upon-Thames College where it plans to create a major residential development.
Having exchanged on the acquisition of the two sites, Clarion will seek to deliver a total of 180 affordable homes when the college moves out of its old campus at the end of 2019.
