Clarion Housing Group has increased its total capital investment in new homes to £427m in 2018 from £196m the year before, an increase of 118% year-on-year.
The housing association has also grown its development pipeline to 14,000 homes according to its annual report for the year to 31 March. The group recently set a target of building 50,000 new homes in 10 years.
