Clarion faces investigation by Housing Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman said it had found evidence of maladministration at Clarion Housing Group over a failure to deal with a complaint from a resident with vulnerabilities and is planning a wider investigation of one of the UK’s largest housing associations.
