Clayton House fully let following refurbishment works

Historic Manchester office building Clayton House is now fully let having secured its final seven occupiers in the last 12 months.

The Grade II listed building was purchased in 2016 by T&M Investments for £2.7m and underwent refurbishment before its relaunch into the market last year.
