Clearbell and Barwood Capital sell Thatcham warehouse to Fiera

Clearbell Property Partners III LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP, and development partner Barwood Capital has sold a warehouse in Thatcham, Berkshire, for £10.9m to Fiera Real Estate.
