Clearbell closes new UK focused fund

Real estate fund manager Clearbell has closed its new £310m UK value add fund, Clearbell Property Partners III (CPP III).

The fund has secured capital from across the USA, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and South America, with 83% of funds coming from Clearbell’s existing investors.
