Clearbell Capital has sold its Maidenhead office building, Voyager Place, to a local authority for £31m representing a 5.25% net initial yield.
The 56,750 sq ft building was fully let to FM Insurance earlier this year on a 10-year lease, expiring in 2028, and paying an annual rent of £1.7m, equating to £32/sq. ft.
