Cleveland Clinic takes debut UK space at Patrizia’s 4orty

International medical group Cleveland Clinic has taken 28,841 sq ft of office space at Patrizia’s 4orty in Belgravia.

It has signed a 15-year lease on part of the ground floor and the first floor at 40 Grosvenor Place. This will provide the business with office accommodation next to its clinic, which will open in 2021.
