CLS Holdings has let the final floor at CI Tower in New Malden, Surrey, to Property Week parent company CMP Information.

CMP Information has taken 2,212 sq ft on the 11th floor of the 16-storey tower.

It will pay £45,350 a year, or £20.50/sq ft, on a five-year lease. Four months rent free was granted, plus a further month should the break option not be exercised.

CMPi’s lease is guaranteed by parent company United Business Media. Other occupiers in the tower include Hays Specialist Recruitment and Flight Centre.

Executive chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, said: ‘This is a clear indication that there is good demand from occupiers looking for well specified offices close to the station and New Malden High Street.’
