Co-op signs up as debut retailer for Ebbsfleet Garden City

Ebbsfleet Development Corporation has secured The Co-Operative Group as the first convenience store operator for the garden city project.

Co-op will set up in the new Castle Hill local centre which is currently being created by Newcrest. Newcrest is currently on site at Castle Hill building 10,000 sq ft of ground floor retail together with 46 shared ownership apartments that have been forward funded with Clarion and ten townhouses all due for completion ahead of Christmas 2019.
