Cola prepares to sell Westbury Hotel as part of £1bn-plus portfolio sale

Cola Holdings is planning to put the Westbury Hotel in Mayfair on the market as part of a portfolio sale of more than £1bn.

 Property Week understands Cola will put the Westbury on the market for north of £600m once the sale of its more famous neighbour The Ritz is completed.
