Conglomerate appoints Cushman & Wakefield to explore options in South East for new 50,000 sq ft head office.

The US conglomerate is understood to have appointed Cushman & Wakefield to explore options including a relocation elsewhere in the South East as well as a re-gearing of its lease at Guildford Business Park.
