Colliers International has made a signifcant expansion in the Czech Republic with the acquisition of the THREESIXTY Agency and subsequent recruitment of its full team to Colliers in-country operations.
THREESIXTY partners Tewfik Sabongui and Petr Žalský have been made equity partners of Colliers International Czech Republic and Sabongui has been appointed as the new managing director of the expanded division. Established in 2007, THREESIXTY has an extensive pipeline of deals across the Czech Republic.
Prior to founding THREESIXTY, Sabongui was managing director of JLL Czech Republic for 10 years and managing director of Tetris Design & Build Czech before its acquisition by JLL. All other THREESIXTY employees have also joined Colliers with Žalský appointed as director of office agency.
