Canadian commercial real estate firm Colliers has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 103 Colmore Row – Birmingham’s tallest office building at 26 storeys – with owners joint venture partners Sterling Property Ventures and EPISO 4, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
