Colville Estate claims pair of London offices for £17m

Colville Estates 50-52 Chancery Lane

Colville Estate has acquired the long leasehold interests of two of its freeholds in Chancery Lane and Quality Court for a combined £16.85m from Royal London Asset Management.

The larger of the two office assets, 50-52 Chancery Lane comprises 30,651 sq ft and is sublet to Slater and Gordon and DX Services from The Legal Education Foundation, which has a lease until 2028.

Alongside this, Colville has acquired the leasehold of Quality House at 5-9 Quality Court, which comprises 21,305 sq ft and is currently let to six tenants on a variety of terms.
