Control of Lionsgate passes to Sovereign

Sovereign, which was set up 10 years ago by two former Heron Property directors, has acquired a ‘significant’ stake in Lionsgate from CSFB’s principal transactions group. The Lionsgate name will disappear and the £425m portfolio will come under the Sovereign Land banner.
