AXA Investment Management’s TwentyTwo Bishopsgate is on the brink of securing two new tenants, with law firm Cooley under offer and US serviced office provider Convene lined up to make its UK debut in the tower.

Convene is expected to take around 75,000 sq ft at TwentyTwo, having instructed CBRE to find it its first London office space back in February. The serviced office provider currently has offices in six US cities, but recently announced its intention to expand its global footprint after it raised $152m (£120m) in a series D round of funding.
