Corpus Sireo Helsinki

Corpus Sireo Real Estate has made its debut Finnish acquisition with the €28m purchase of an office building primarily let to Nordic Investment Bank in Helsinki.

Acquired from Cromwell Property Group’s Omega Portfolio for a real estate fund launched by Swiss Life Asset Managers, the building comprises 52,000 sq ft of office and retail space. The landmark tower was designed in 1929 by architect Yrjö Lindegrén and was originally the headquarters of a large pension insurance company, it is now multi-let with several retail shops on the ground floor and the seven floors above all used as offices.
