Council signs for big Luton office letting

Capital & Regional leases 52,000 sq ft of space at Arndale House to the council.

The council has taken a 10-year lease on four of the five floors of office accommodation at Arndale House, which sits above Capital & Regional’s The Mall Luton. Prior to this, the space had lain vacant.
