Derby City Council has announced plans for 37,500 sq ft of Grade A riverside office development next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the world’s first factory, the Silk Mill.
The council will be working in partnership with Wilson Bowden, the site owners, to develop a 12,500 sq ft regional headquarters for Unite the Union alongside extensive co-working space at One Cathedral Green.
