Countryside Properties has acquired Midlands-based developer Westleigh Group for a total cash consideration of up to £135.4m.
The housebuilder said the acquisition of Westleigh would increase the scale of its partnerships division, which develops homes in partnership with local authorities and housing associations. It would also increase geographical reach of Countryside’s partnerships business, it added.
