Countryside teams up with Hackney Council on Tower Court estate

Countryside has signed a development agreement with Hackney Council to deliver 132 homes at the former Tower Court estate in Stamford Hill.

Close to Clapton Common, Tower Court will comprise 80 homes for sale, 33 homes for social rent and 19 homes for shared ownership. With a gross development value of £82m, the regeneration scheme will also offer a total of 33,530 sq ft of communal and accessible open space, and a new 3,800 sq ft depot for the Hatzola ambulance service – the local Jewish-led fast response volunteer service.
