Court rules in favour of Tate viewing platform

The Tate Modern from the Thames

The Neo Bankside development has lost its right to privacy case against the Tate Modern over the art gallery’s viewing platform.

The High Court has ruled in favour of the platform and broke new legal ground by confirming that the law of nuisance will protect privacy rights, but not in this case.
