CR secures Aerium’s Goldenberg as associate director

Pan-European investor CR has hired David Goldenberg from Aerium as a new associate director.

At CR, Goldenburg will focus on investment opportunities as the company looks to secure a number of large investment mandates to deploy into European real estate, most notably in Germany where it has invested €500m (£441m) over the last three years in a variety of joint ventures.
