Crest Nicholson has won planning to implement the latest stage of development at Lightmoor Village in Shropshire.
The residential developer will build 224 homes as well as a pub, offices, parking and open spaces on the ‘Village Centre’ site near Telford, owned by English Partnerships and the Bournville Village Trust.
The Village Centre is part of the larger Lightmoor development, which began construction in 2005. The entire 178 acre site, which is being turned into a new village community, will be developed by 2014.
Building is due to start at the Village Centre on the key commercial buildings and 112 homes.
