Investor Cromwell Property Group has teamed up with Goldman Sachs to acquire a portfolio of predominantly office assets in Helsinki from IVG Polar Oy for €108.5m (£96.2m)
The portfolio comprises 27 properties located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (HMA) which cover 1.4m sq ft of lettable area. Of these, 21 are office properties, three are storage/warehouse properties and three are plots of land. Cromwell will assume responsibility for the on-going asset management of the portfolio.
