Cromwell drops RDI approach

Cromwell Property Group has declined to make a formal offer for RDI Reit after RDI’s board denied the group an extension to conduct further due diligence.

Last month Australian Investment giant Cromwell Property confirmed it was in takeover talks with RDI, causing the latter’s share price to rocket 14%.
