Cromwell European REIT to buy €384m of assets

Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT) has launched a fully underwritten €224.1m rights issue to fund the acquisition of 23 properties across Europe for €384.4m (£336.7m).

CEREIT will acquire the assets across two portfolios, 16 office assets in the Netherlands, Finland and Poland under offer for €312.5m and an agreed deal for the acquisition of seven office, logistics and retail assets in Italy and France for €71.9m.
