Crown Estate sets sights on flexible workspace market

The Crown Estate is set to launch its own serviced office brand.

The company is planning to launch the concept this autumn and will initially set aside 25,000 sq ft of space within its central London office portfolio.

The exact location has not yet been revealed, but it will provide around 300 desks. The majority of The Crown Estate’s 9.5m sq ft office portfolio is based around its holdings in Regent Street and St James’s.
