MIPIM 2007: Croydon Council has kicked off a search for a private sector partner to take forward its city centre sites in the town.
Launched at MIPIM yesterday, the council is to form an urban regeneration vehicle, and is looking for a private sector partner to invest up to £70m for the right to develop its land hopldings.
These include several major city centre sites, including the council's own headquarters, with the capacity for a number of tall, commercial-led towers as well as residential uses.
