Evans Randall has put its Croydon Park Hotel on the market for £25m, a price which would reflect a net initial yield of 6.5%.
The four-star freehold hotel sits on a 1.54 acre site situated in the heart of Croydon’s commercial district close to the recently approved Croydon retail town centre being created by Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield and Hammerson and Legal & General’s forward funded £100m build-to-rent scheme.
