Hermes Real Estate and Prudential have appointed Cushman & Wakefield Investors and Prupim to the respective roles of asset manager and development manager for thecentre:mk in Milton Keynes.
Cushman & Wakefield Investors’ Martin Fleishman has been appointed as asset manager to oversee the management of the centre on behalf of the joint owners, while Prupim’s Jon Weymouth will take charge of development at the centre in line with its proposed ‘Mastervision’ project.
Paul Wray, head of shopping centres at Hermes, said: ‘These appointments are a strong signal of our commitment to Milton Keynes and the Mastervision project. They will help us deliver the development as efficiently as possible. Jon and his team are now progressing the necessary legal and planning agreements to facilitate the first phase of Mastervision and are in the final stages of preparing the reserved matters applications.’
