Cushman & Wakefield has bought Manchester based retail warehousing firm Petch Hall.
Petch Hall, a two man outfit set up in 2001, was set up by Chris Petch and Andy Hall and both will join the firm as partners based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office.
They will form part of the firm’s 80-strong UK retail team led by John Strachan.
This move follows Cushman & Wakefield’s acquisition in April this year of Birmingham-based retail specialist Alston Nock, run by Robert Alston and Stephen Nock.
Last week Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of a new retail agency team in Manchester.
The team led by Matthew Illingworth who joins as a partner, includes Andrew Hynes as an associate and Sammy Jones as a negotiator.
All three were formerly with Donaldson’s prior to its acquisition by DTZ.
