Cushman & Wakefield has formed a 'resolution group' consisting of an interdisciplinary team of its property professionals across EMEA to assist clients with assets facing 'financial challenges'.

It said the team will offer a 'coordinated approach to maximising the value of individual assets, portfolios and loans that are facing a variety of challenges stemming from the ongoing financial crisis'.

The resolution group will have representation from senior employees in the areas of asset management, financial analysis, valuation, leasing, property management, investment sales, loan sales, debt and equity finance and litigation support.

It will be widely spread geographically and in the Czech and Slovakia Republics the resolution group is comprised of 9 members who will liaise with C&W offices in Poland and Hungary.

The team will be headed by director Keegan Viscius.
