Cushman & Wakefield is to convert parts of its European business, including the UK, into a UK limited liability partnership on 1 May.

The conversion will affect primarily the UK, Germany, Sweden and Italy, which will all conduct future business through the LLP. Operations elsewhere will be largely unaffected.

Paul Bacon, chief executive of Cushman & wakefield EMEA, said: ‘Converting the Partnership to LLP status is consistent with our objective of establishing a modern and dynamic business structure which will support our growth strategy and our competitive positioning in the industry.’
