Cushman & Wakefield’s head of retail investment Patrick Knapman is leaving the firm.
After 30 years at the agency, Knapman will join Morgan Williams as a partner later this year.
He will remain at Cushman & Wakefield until October when Justin Houlihan will step into the role.
International partner Houlihan has been with the firm for 18 years and will work closely with Knapman until the end of September to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Paul Durkin, head of UK and Ireland retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “I’d like to thank Paddy for his contribution to the firm since joining as a graduate and am pleased to confirm Justin Houlihan as his successor as head of UK and Ireland retail capital markets. Justin will work closely with me and Jason Winfield, head of our UK capital markets service line, to ensure our investor clients benefit from the very best insight and advice.”
