Developer Dandara has today submitted a detailed planning application for a £180m mixed-use scheme in Glasgow

The 3.4 acre (1.4 ha) city centre brownfield site will be called Anderston Quay and will comprise 853 flats. They will be split between two buildings consisting of four 22-storey towers.

There will also be 191,588 sq ft (17,799 sq m) of offices, 7,115 sq ft (661 sq m) of ground-floor retail and 762 car parking spaces at basement and ground-floor level.

GM & AD partnership is the architect.

The Anderston Quay site overlooks the River Clyde and is within the M8 corridor. It also falls under the Clyde Waterfront Regeneration Plan.
