David Pearls Structadene

David Pearl’s Structadene is to buy a retail block with scope for residential development in Camden, north London, for £5.9m and has also completed a £19.4m sale and leaseback of five Tesco Metro stores. Briant Champion Long advised the Camden vendor, Legal & General; Nelson Bakewell acted for Structadene.
