Lana de Savary has sold Sandy Park Inn, a 17th century hotel in Devon, for £750,000.
The property, near Chagford, was sold by Havan West, chaired by de Savary, who with her her husband Peter is renowned for projects such as Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands, where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married.
The thatched inn was sold to Bruce and Tania Lumsdaine from West Sussex. The sale follows that of another nearby de Savary hotel, the White Hart hotel in Moretonhampstead.
