Deka Immobilien has exchanged on its £86m acquisition of the Cursitor Building in Chancery Lane from Aberdeen Standard Investments.
The 74,000 sq ft, nine-storey building at the western edge of the City of London achieved practical completion in April 2017 and is fully let to five tenants including WeWork. Last year, the flexible office giant let 49,212 sq ft across five floors on a 20-year lease at a rent of £63.50/sq ft.
