Wapping Wharf developer Umberslade has submitted plans for the extension of its retail and leisure-led CARGO 2 scheme to Bristol City Council.
CARGO 2 is a hub of shops, restaurants and cafes housed within converted shipping containers at Wapping Wharf within Bristol’s waterfront quarter.
